Visited for a friend's birthday trip and had an absolutely stellar stay! Staff was incredibly attentive and pleasant, making us feel welcome and cared for at every turn. The loyalty manager, Ross Park, personally checked in with us often throughout the stay to ensure that we were having a good time and arranged multiple surprises for my friend's bday. I felt valued as a titanium member with private hotel tours, club access and other offers being extended. An upscale hotel with wonderful staff. We missed it as soon as we left and can't wait to visit again!

Great hotel with Excellent service. Only one thing I need to complain is the TV doesn't support Youtube. Other than that it's superb.

This is one of the best Marriot hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Service is amazing, staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is really good and the hotel looks beautiful. Steps to the BTS station.

Location (close to Central Embassy and BTS station), service and breakfast (especially the fruit selections) are all amazing! Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Bangkok
