The lounge team, in particular, deserves a special mention for their outstanding attention to detail and genuine hospitality. The morning buffet was nothing short of exceptional – a feast for the senses with an incredible variety of high-quality offerings to satisfy every preference. The service throughout the hotel was consistently remarkable, from the housekeeping team to the concierges and the restaurant staff. Every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and a desire to make our stay unforgettable. I would like to give a special mention to the individual highlighted on the card we received, “Pang Butler”, whose kindness and attentiveness stood out. While I wish I could recall every team member’s name, the excellence displayed by the entire staff speaks volumes about the culture and commitment of this hotel.
