絕對是名副其實的五星酒店，以下是亮點 - 客服經理在數天前用Email 跟我確定相關訊息，也反覆確認抵達時間，就為了能夠給我最好的服務和當年迎接我。 - 26樓的Lounge 非常豪華，有早餐、下午茶和傍晚的Happy hour (你也可以理解為晚餐)，視野非常好，空間很寬敞，很多座位。 - 地點便利，距離數個百貨公司很近，附近也有很多spa按摩中心 - 早餐非常豐富，也有室外的座位，我有個歐姆蛋沒吃完，服務員也會問我是否哪裡可以改善餐點品質，很貼心。

What an experience that truly added value to my first trip to Bangkok. It's not convenient as far as commute to the major sights but the beauty of the area and amenities make the stay worth it. Government employees get special benefits under their embassy rate. The buffet is amazing. I'm still sad I couldn't stay for hours to eat everything.

Service at Coffee shop & Bakery on Valentines day is very good. Khun Nam is very kind and professional to take care of us even no client at the shop.

We had a short stay here, but a solid stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay hassle free and even offered us a complimentary hotel tour with khuan*. Afterwards Khuan printed a photo of us and gave it to us for free which was a really nice touch. Well worth a stay if you are in Bangkok.
