I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok, and I must say the service exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the hospitality was impeccable. A special mention goes to Gap and the door team, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Not only did they assist us from the entrance to check-out, but Gap also went out of his way to help us find a clinic for my daughter when we needed it. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience. Additionally, I cannot speak highly enough about the Royal Club Room service. The team provided an outstanding level of care, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. From the warm welcome to the personalized attention throughout, the experience was truly exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities, but it’s the staff—like Gap and his team, as well as the Royal Club Room staff—that make it truly stand out. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel at home, and we are incredibly grateful for their support. Great hotel staff at all levels. Stellar service. The concierge service is outstanding. Marriott Platinum Elite for last 4 years. Athenee and JW Marriott are the best Marriott properties in bangkok. The staff makes the difference JW= 5++ 🫡🫡🫡 🤩 ATHENEE-5.
