I can't express the level of hospitality and service of this place, I never felt so well taken care of in a hotel. The hotel entrance is just magnificent, even though i arrived at 1 am the staff was there ready to give me the best service. Breakfast was just the best ever, no comparison even to any other Marriott, even some fancy ones I stayed in Honolulu, besides all the amazing food from all over the world in the buffet they also had a JUICE BAR making you fresh juice on the spot, i mean... just AMAZING. On the second day going to breakfast, as soon as Arkorn and Smile would spot us, he would come to greet us with and ask us if we would like to sit in the same table, would ask if we would like the same from the previous day, and in no time, coffee and fresh juice would right there even before we get back to the table with our plates full of food. The juice bar lady was soo sweet ( i really wish i remember her name too, hope Arkorn or smile will see this and tell her) and got me to try different juice combinations, just the best!!! However the the crown goes to Marisa, besides supporting us with all our questions and giving us the best tips on what to do and how to do it, she was just the best, i collect 3D glass cubes with landmarks from all places I go, and i could not find them in anywhere, visit over 50 gift/suvenir shopts in 3 different malls for hours, after she mentioning that i could potentially find them there and no luck. When i got back she asked to see it, i was king bummed and when i told her i couldnt find it i could see her expression change, she said that she would make it happen and she sure did, next day she put her team to look for it and they found it, when i got back to the hotel in the evening Beer help her and it was waiting for me in my room. I guess i dont have to say anything else about this place, SIMPLY THE BEST. Big thanks to the entire hotel team, you guys are amazing!!! Besides that the hotel also have a nice room and great amenities like the pool, the tea afternoon room wth drinks and snacks, happy hour drinks in the same floor as the tea room. Big thank you!! After this hotel it will be hard to get used to other level of service in other places!

The lounge team, in particular, deserves a special mention for their outstanding attention to detail and genuine hospitality. The morning buffet was nothing short of exceptional – a feast for the senses with an incredible variety of high-quality offerings to satisfy every preference. The service throughout the hotel was consistently remarkable, from the housekeeping team to the concierges and the restaurant staff. Every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and a desire to make our stay unforgettable. I would like to give a special mention to the individual highlighted on the card we received, “Pang Butler”, whose kindness and attentiveness stood out. While I wish I could recall every team member’s name, the excellence displayed by the entire staff speaks volumes about the culture and commitment of this hotel. The Athénée Hotel combines luxurious amenities, an extraordinary level of service, and a personal touch that makes you feel truly valued as a guest. It was a perfect experience, and I look forward to returning again soon. To anyone considering a stay in Bangkok – this hotel is a must.
