GREAT GREAT GREAT service. As i am their honorary elite members, everything was very convenient. Checked in at their Royal Club Lounge at the 26th floor. Every requests can be made a type away from your Bonvoy app with under a minute response. Door Lock can be accessible from your Bonvoy app that you dont have to worry of leaving the physical key inside your hotel room. They also have many events for the Elite members. Rooms are being cleaned every single day. I once went back when my room was being cleaned, the whole bathroom was flooded because the housekeeping really scrubbed your bathroom every single day. The butler, the receptionist, the butler, the cleaning service, the chefs speak very good English. Hospitality wise is at the back of their hotel, they have BigC (but the downside is that it does not open 24hours). But if you walk a bit, there is a 7/11 at Park Ventures building which opens for 24hrs. Central Embassy is just across the street that you can reach it by foot with under a 5-minute walk. Nearest BTS Station is Ploenchit BTS Station and you can also reach the BTS via the skywalk.
