Everything was very good, but the standout aspect was the service. Everyone, from doorman to concierge and wait staff to housekeeping, were very polite and helpful and always had a smile on their face Always addressed us with our last name and knew when to make casual conversation and when to give us privacy Sat near a very noisy family during breakfast (crying baby and parents doing their own thing), I got a little annoyed and within seconds we were offered help to move tables.

Nothing is more important than the efficient evacuation and care by staffers during the earthquake. I was so impressed by the team work. Thank you so much I will come back soon

I wanna stay here again !! Definitely 6 star. Pricing also 6 star but very fancy and luxurious. Staffs are so warm, friendly and helpful. Plentiful selection at the breakfast buffet. Great location and walking distance to BTS and shopping.

บริการดีมากๆๆๆ ห้องพักสะอาด แต่คืนแรกชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิตธรรมดา คืนที่2 ชำระด้วยบัตรแพทตินัม ได้อยู่ห้องเดิม แต่บิการคอยจัดเตียง เติมของใช้ในห้องไม่ขาด แต่ห้องแอบเล็กไปหน่อย อาหารมีบริการตลอด เรียกว่าแทบไม่ได้ออกไปไหนเลย enjoy อยู่ในโรงแรมมากค่ะ
