Where do I start about this absolutely fabulous hotel! From the moment you arrive, to the check in and the insanely courteous staff at the entrance door and lobby. Exceptional service, beautiful rooms, loved the bathroom and the shower space and the amenities were spot on 👏 I mean there was nothing for which I had to call for. The only drawback for me was that there were no rooms with Balconies since I am a chain smoker. But thank goodness there were smoking areas. We tried the Thai & Chinese restaurants and both were great. They also have a great night club called REC. Great place for dance and music.

I stayed here in September 2022 during my UNHCR training. I truly appreciated their gesture, hospitality, and room service. I still remember a kind and beautiful lady from the reception (she was Pakistani). She was incredibly helpful during my late checkout and also assisted in keeping my luggage in a separate storage area. My wife also loved the wristwatch she got there. The same lady kindly supported her in choosing and purchasing it. However, the watch was actually a gift from her mom, and at that time, we were unable to contact her to get the outlet’s address.

There are few experiences which makes you remember the place and you always think to come back. This stay was like that. Right from the entry to the hotel and people coming to our cab to take bags, we had to pay the taxi driver but he didn’t have change and someone at the door went to reception to get change for us. At checkin the experience was great and relaxing with welcome drinks. The best though was the concierge Aek, he made our stay so special, he recommended all the nearby travel and hotel activities. He also helped us with bookings and travel. Every time he saw us he really wanted to help. It was raining when we arrived, we asked for umbrellas so many times, asked for print outs and different queries. It was a great stay. We will definitely come again.
