Batty’s Bewitching Halloween at The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok 🦇 If there’s one place in Bangkok that knows how to turn a stay into pure magic, it’s The Athenee. And just when Batty thought this visit would be a calm, uneventful one… surprise! 🦇 Halfway through my stay, I walked into the room — and there it was: a Halloween masterpiece! Towel figures shaped like little guardians, delicate rose petals spelling out “Batty ,” and fresh flowers adding that perfect touch of elegance. It was the kind of thoughtful, heart-melting moment that makes you stop, smile, and think, this… this is why I love Thailand. A huge shout-out goes to Ms. Suphattra, who always makes the room feel like a personal retreat — every detail so lovingly arranged, every evening turn-down like a small work of art. And special thanks to Pihit and Thitikan, who clearly conspired behind the scenes to create this unexpected Halloween surprise. You three made Batty’s day (and probably his entire October)! 🥰 Of course, the rest of The Athenee magic remains intact: ☀️ The pool still reigns as one of Bangkok’s finest — sunny, peaceful, and with staff who seem to appear the moment you even think about needing something. The Executive Lounge continues to be a highlight — superb food, creative cocktails, and team members who treat every guest like family. Breakfast downstairs offers a grand international selection, though Batty still secretly hopes for a few more Thai flavors to return (because who doesn’t love a little morning curry adventure?). From start to finish, this stay captured everything The Athenee stands for: warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality that feels real. It’s not just a five-star hotel — it’s a place where people truly care, and that makes all the difference. So yes, this Halloween, Batty didn’t just find treats — he found heart.

Luxury hotel as they claimed. Room decorations, services is outstanding. Breakfast is awesome variety and served all Thai, American, Indian, Korean, Japanese, Arabian choices. Location also the best next to Bts but not too close to avoid train noises. Great place to stay as always.

Great service! I came for work and everything, from arrival to departure #1 was fantastic! Room cleaning was always top notch and helped to replace a broken fridge in the room. The front staff gave a great recommendation and best route to take for Muay Thai Boxing at Rajadamnern Muay Thai Stadium. It was always a delight to speak with everyone as I left and came back to the room. This is a great hotel and I hope to come back!
