The breakfast was Amazing

Words can’t express how much we loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the very last day, we felt as if we were the only guests on property. Every single associate from doorman, concierge staff, room attendants, restaurant hosts and waiter/waitress, all exemplified what customer service is all about. The nightly turn down service with a little animal made out of the towels and a care note really made us feel appreciated. We loved it here so much that we shortened our trip in another country to stay a few extra days longer at this hotel. Do yourselves a favor and book your accommodations here at The Athenee Hotel. You will not be disappointed nor want for anything. They have it all! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will be back again!

Exceptional service from Marisa and Somchai! The service at the Athenee Hotel is truly exceptional, thanks to amazing staff like Marisa and Somchai. Marisa greeted me each morning at breakfast with such warmth-she remembered my name, room number, and even my preferences. It made every morning feel so personal and special. Somchai, stationed at the lobby entrance, brings such energetic and welcoming energy. No matter how hot or humid it is outside, he's always smiling in the hotel's signature uniform. His genuine hospitality makes you feel like family from the moment you arrive. Both Marisa and Somchai elevated my stay into a truly luxurious and memorable experience. I can't wait to come back again!

GREAT GREAT GREAT service. As the elite members, everything was very convenient. Checked in at their Royal Club Lounge at the 26th floor. Every requests can be made a type away from your Bonvoy app with under a minute response. Door Lock can be accessible from your Bonvoy app that you dont have to worry of leaving the physical key inside your hotel room. They also have many events for the Elite members. Rooms are being cleaned every single day. I once went back when my room was being cleaned, the whole bathroom was flooded because the housekeeping really scrubbed your bathroom every single day. The butler, the receptionist, the butler, the cleaning service, the chefs speak very good English. Hospitality wise is 💯💯💯💯 at the back of their hotel, they have BigC (but the downside is that it does not open 24hours). But if you walk a bit, there is a 7/11 at Park Ventures building which opens for 24hrs. Central Embassy is just across the street that you can reach it by foot with under a 5-minute walk. Nearest BTS Station is Ploenchit BTS Station and you can also reach the BTS via the skywalk.
