Absolutely amazing! Wonderful service, top location, friendly helpful staff, great food and overall excellent experience! We had access to the lounge on 26th floor where every day they offered additional food and drinks. Nice pool, breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen with Thai, Indian, Japanese food, all the fruits you can imagine and freshly made smoothies by your choice. Room was always super clean and they even came by 2-3 times a day just to make sure we have all the comfort we need. Absolutely recommend!

This is a wonderful hotel in every way! The doorman, front desk, restaurant, lounge, room service, and all the other staff were all wonderful. I'm sorry I had to leave before I could say thank you to the concierge staff. He recommended a local massage place nearby that I really liked. After checking out, he even let me use the gym shower, which was very helpful. Above all, he is very kind and attentive to his guests. Thank you so much! SACHIYO Agarie
