Absolutely amazing! Wonderful service, top location, friendly helpful staff, great food and overall excellent experience! We had access to the lounge on 26th floor where every day they offered additional food and drinks. Nice pool, breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen with Thai, Indian, Japanese food, all the fruits you can imagine and freshly made smoothies by your choice. Room was always super clean and they even came by 2-3 times a day just to make sure we have all the comfort we need. Absolutely recommend!

Everything was very good, but the standout aspect was the service. Everyone, from doorman to concierge and wait staff to housekeeping, were very polite and helpful and always had a smile on their face Always addressed us with our last name and knew when to make casual conversation and when to give us privacy Sat near a very noisy family during breakfast (crying baby and parents doing their own thing), I got a little annoyed and within seconds we were offered help to move tables.

Nothing is more important than the efficient evacuation and care by staffers during the earthquake. I was so impressed by the team work. Thank you so much I will come back soon

I enjoyed my staying experience here quite a lot. The service and staff here was attentively delivering the best service during our stay. The club lounge here was a must-try experience.
