Our stay at The Athenee Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. The hospitality was genuine, attentive, and consistent throughout our entire visit. The rooms were beautiful, the atmosphere was elegant, and the level of service was simply outstanding. What impressed us most was how the team anticipated needs before we even had to ask. It’s rare to experience that level of care and professionalism. Thank you to the entire team at The Athenee for making our stay so memorable. We are incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Really awesome hotel under the Bonvoy group. Service, and rooms 10/10. My new favourite hotel. Breakfast at its rain tree cafe is awesome! Slightly pricey but worth it!

I chose your hotel for its proximity to the Athenee Tower where I had some business to do. But I found more than what I expected in the staff, the facilities and the services, everything was organically flowing with lots of respect. All the steps in the process were great except the one before last: collecting my luggage from the concierge! I checked out and left my luggage with the concierge, I came back later in the day to collect them and go to the airport, but I needed to rearrange my belongings into the two suitcases. I was doing this on the ground in a low light and hot room. It seemed to me that this step in the process could use an upgrade by providing some seats and a table for whoever want to rearrange their luggage before riding the taxi back to the airport. The irony is that once I rearranged my bags and went back to the comfort of the lobby to wait for the taxi I immediately felt the difference between the two locations and services/care given to each of the two steps. I am still a customer as long as I have not put my self in the taxi. At the luggage storage area you do not feel like a valued customer but an excess that should be flushed asap.
