We chose the Athenee Bangkok as our accommodation for our honeymoon. It did not disappointment, and exceeded our expectations. From the food, the room and the pool - the attention to detail was incredible. The place was lovingly decorated for Christmas, so the festive vibe was in the air. It was the staff however that made our stay memorable. Everyone was so kind and willing to assist us at every turn. Greeting us as we arrived and left - always smiling. The staff truly were what made the Athenee stand out. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you for making our honeymoon special

A refined and tranquil stay in central Bangkok. The pool is a standout — peaceful, beautifully maintained, with genuinely attentive staff. Service in the restaurants was excellent, and the lobby team was consistently welcoming. The location is ideal, close to luxury shopping and Lumphini Park. While the Executive Lounge is convenient, some interactions with lounge staff there felt less warm than elsewhere in the hotel. Checkout could also be improved, as a smooth and thoughtful departure is just as important as a warm arrival. A cozy bar separate from the lobby would be a welcome addition. Overall, a sophisticated hotel I would gladly return to.

Great place which near BTS. The buffet is perfect. clean and nice place for family. Thank you Staff Panida, Best and Bris provids excellent service. Very enjoy here a lot. And we re-visit here forth already. and must come again.

I chose your hotel for its proximity to the Athenee Tower where I had some business to do. But I found more than what I expected in the staff, the facilities and the services, everything was organically flowing with lots of respect. All the steps in the process were great except the one before last: collecting my luggage from the concierge! I checked out and left my luggage with the concierge, I came back later in the day to collect them and go to the airport, but I needed to rearrange my belongings into the two suitcases. I was doing this on the ground in a low light and hot room. It seemed to me that this step in the process could use an upgrade by providing some seats and a table for whoever want to rearrange their luggage before riding the taxi back to the airport. The irony is that once I rearranged my bags and went back to the comfort of the lobby to wait for the taxi I immediately felt the difference between the two locations and services/care given to each of the two steps. I am still a customer as long as I have not put my self in the taxi. At the luggage storage area you do not feel like a valued customer but an excess that should be flushed asap.
