Marisa greeted me each morning at breakfast with such warmth-she remembered my name, room number, and even my preferences. It made every morning feel so personal and special. Somchai, stationed at the lobby entrance, brings such energetic and welcoming energy. No matter how hot or humid it is outside, he's always smiling in the hotel's signature uniform. His genuine hospitality makes you feel like family from the moment you arrive. Both Marisa and Somchai elevated my stay into a truly luxurious and memorable experience. I can't wait to come back again!
