Wow, was für ein tolles Hotel. Alles ist sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Es riecht immer sehr schön blumig im Hotel. Die Angestellten im Haus sind ohne Ausnahme alle sehr freundlich und machen ihre Arbeit mit Hingabe. Unsere Extrawünsche wurden alle ganz toll erfüllt und es wurde sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob man uns den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet oder ob man etwas für uns tun kann. Dieses Haus hat nicht nur einfach 5 Sterne, hier werden die Sterne wirklich mit vollem Einsatz gelebt.

Visited for a friend's birthday trip and had an absolutely stellar stay! Staff was incredibly attentive and pleasant, making us feel welcome and cared for at every turn. The loyalty manager, Ross Park, personally checked in with us often throughout the stay to ensure that we were having a good time and arranged multiple surprises for my friend's bday. I felt valued as a titanium member with private hotel tours, club access and other offers being extended. An upscale hotel with wonderful staff. We missed it as soon as we left and can't wait to visit again!
