We had a dinner buffet at Rain Tree Cafe. The food selection was amazing and everything tasted great. We had a wonderful time and the staff especially Khun Kao and Khun Bris were very kind and friendly. Thank you! We will definitely come again 😊

The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok was an amazing place to stay. We were there for a couple of weeks, and throughout the entire stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really made us feel at home every day, which made a big difference during a longer stay. The service across the board was excellent, and everything felt very well taken care of. Breakfast was also a highlight with a great selection and quality, making it something we looked forward to each morning. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with outstanding hospitality, and we would definitely stay here again.

If I could give 10 stars for Service, I would! The Athenee truly defines 5-Star service, which is rarely found at most "5-star" hotels today. They have set the bar very high. Every single person we interacted with - from the manager, to the bellhops, the doormen, the cleaners, the gym attendant, the front desk day or night - served with a genuine smile and helpfulness. We had a wonderful welcome and the facilities are classy and top notch. I had sudden illness that scuttled our weeks-long family trip through Asia and forced us to stay in Bangkok a little longer. The staff called a doctor for me, and the manager even checked in daily as I was bedridden. The concierge was very caring and kind to help my elderly parents navigate the neighborhood and find eateries and shopping when I was sidelined. We felt we were very well taken care of and we cannot wait to return the next time we are in Bangkok! I honestly wished we'd just stayed here instead of moving on to a gross "5-star resort" in Koh Samui. Maybe the service at Athenee has just ruined all other "5-star" hotels for us ;)
