Very Asian attention to detail, room with curtains drawn, temp with aircon on low, chocolate on my pillow

The staff make this hotel a shining star in Bangkok - they go out of their way to ensure every need is taken care of. I stayed for work and will in future stay for pleasure.

Pool nice and service not bad. If busy day like Saturday, Sunday or booking pool party Waiter bit difficult to find.

My husband and stayed in this beautiful hotel almost two weeks for Christmas. This hotel was pleasant surprise to both of us by its facilities, customer service and their restaurants! From now on it’s my favorite hotel in Bangkok! If management reading this, can I please add special thanks for concierge named Urkis-what a great worker and friendly man! He made us feel like we are most valuable people there everyday. Please let other stuff members learn from him.
