Without a doubt: The 5+ star hotel in Bangkok. Amazing hotel, great facilities & service managed by Amazing team. Big & Sincere Thanks to the FOM Benny and the entire hotel’s amazing team. Such a PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL & PLEASANT staff - going further & beyond to please the guests. Look forward to my next visit to BKK and surly return to this luxury oasis .

网上对它家的服务评价很好，所以特意选了一天体验一下。大堂礼宾会主动帮忙按电梯，拿放行李，主动帮忙拍照，特别好。会员在酒廊办理入住是跪式服务，酒廊服务生会主动提供下午茶套餐，客房清洁也会主动问需求，但没有提供夜床服务。早餐种类丰富。退房的时候酒廊前台帮忙送行李一起到楼下，给人感觉很贴心。唯独在订房的时候有交待是纪念旅行，但入住的时候发现和网上一些同级会员的待遇是不一样的，除了一份水果，并没有其他会员的手写卡片和巧克力以及房间布置之类的。会觉得有被忽视。

Già solo la zona esterna vale il soggiorno (la migliore vista in un albergo a Bangkok) ma poi c’è il personale che ti assiste in ogni minimo dettaglio. Un paradiso.

Rooms are a bit old and as one of the most loyal Marriott Bonvoy customer we were promised an upgrade but we only got a "better view" not a bigger room. Service is good, we forgot something in the room after we check out and they kept it for us so I returned a couple of days later to picked it up still in good condition. Only con is that it took the staff around 30 minutes just to give it back to me, which is a bit long when I was in a rush. One of the best thing is probably the location, it's a walking distance to the BTS station, downtown malls and also the U.S. embassy where I had to do something. Lastly, I love the pool and the gym, very modern and has a good view. Definitely not the best hotel in downtown Bangkok but it's for sure one of the top ones.
